Am I married? I most certainly am and have been for over 20 years now - in all honesty I think we both deserve a medal! My Husband Alan (Al) and I love the simple things in life and look forward to sharing many more prawns and glasses of champagne together. We love travelling and its always great to hook up the cubby house on wheels ( Caravan) and get around this awesome country of ours. One day we hope to do the lap of Australia…who knows I may get some sign writing on the van - Mrs I Do travelling to you !lol
So don’t hesitate to ask me ….do you travel? The answer is Yes I Do. In fact I have been so fortunate to have been flown to Melbourne, Sydney, Tasmania, Hawaii and Vanuatu to do weddings, very lucky indeed.
Oh and we are both mad dog lovers and couldn’t imagine life without our fur babies. So if you are wanting your 4 legged lovely at your wedding, rest assured, I'll be the one giving them all the love and pats. They say dogs don’t make the whole of your lives, but they certainly make your life whole 😊
As for me….. I am definitely a 'people person'. After being in the hairdressing business from the tender age of 16 I owned my own salon for 7 years. So as you can imagine, I have heard it all! (and have become very skilled at listening). I have also worked in sales and marketing, the hospitality trade and the infamous “Dracula’s Theatre Restaurant” on the Gold Coast. I was at Dracs for around 5 years with the last 3 years learning the understudy roles and then advancing onto being female lead in the show. So a microphone in my hand is 2nd nature! And let me tell you, that certainly was a wonderful journey into understanding the many facets of people’s personalities.
As a Gold Coast Wedding Celebrant for over 17 years and owning my own little wedding venue I have a great deal of insight into every aspect of a Wedding and how things should be… So when I tell you “I have your back“. I mean it in so many ways 😊
As a celebrant I will am totally committed to providing every couple with my professional and reliable service. I look forward to helping you make your wedding day the special occasion you want it to be! My aim, as your Celebrant, is to ensure that this celebration of love is a magnificent day that you will both remember forever. It must totally reflect your dynamic as a couple. I don’t do “copy and paste” and fill in the names. It’s just not how I roll.
Your ceremony HAS TO BE PERSONAL! After all, it all starts with the wedding ceremony RIGHT? So make your ceremony matter and allow me to make it amazing for you. And yes its true to say… Im utterly, totally and completely addicted to Love and what I DO.
