We booked Tarn after meeting her at our venues open day and instantly connected with her, we ended up chatting with her while we were there for what had to have been an hour, thats how well we connected! In the lead up to our big day Tarn was an absolute gem answering any questions we had, giving advice and just being an all round beautiful person. She made the whole process an absolute breeze and helped keep us in the loop and calm prior to our ceremony with going over the runnings and what to do with us the day before in our ceremony rehearsal! Our guests absolutely loved her and the amount of complements we received about how she put our ceremony together was amazing and she kept our ceremony funny which is exactly what we were after, we honestly couldn’t have picked a better celebrant for such a huge day in our lives! Not only is she a wonderful celebrant, but she is an absolute gem of a woman and if we could use her for more big moments in our lives we most definitely would!!! Honestly couldn’t have found anyone better than Tarn!

We met Tarn at a wedding expo and instantly fell in love. So much so that my inlaws loved her too. Tarn is a blast to work with. She is so fun and bubbly. And if you are nervous makes you feel comfortable. My husband and I had to postpone because of covid and Tarn was so supportive and helpful in the whole process. If you want a celebrant you can laugh with…. she is your gal. I couldn’t recommend her more. Helps every step of the way and I am so happy and so grateful to of made this connection 💛.

I found Tarn on the Internet when I was looking for an affordable celebrant to just complete the ‘legal’ paperwork, as I was having the celebrations overseas in a few months but wanted to become legally married in Australia first. I’m so lucky I found her to marry us because not only was she affordable, but she put SO much effort into making the day special, even though we were just expecting to sign a few documents. Thanks to Tarn, our day ended up being a beautifully memorable day that we can look back on and love as our ‘Australian wedding day’. She also has helped me so much with the ceremony for my overseas wedding, it’s just amazing. With Tarns at the helm, there is never a dull moment!! The boring formalities are a no longer boring. She is upbeat and versatile and also very accommodating. She loves what she does and you can see that in every facet of her work. She is funny and down to earth and makes you feel relaxed and at ease. She directs you when you need directing, but in the most calm and professional way. She has the ability to read your body language and tells you to take a breath when you forget how to breathe. We both have so much love for Tarns and what she helped us create on our special day.

The moment we met Tarn we knew she was the one for us. We sat and talked for 3 hours. We told her our love story and she put together the most amazing ceremony that had people laughing and crying. There were people on my FB quoting her for days. “In any reality; I’d choose you.” The days leading up to and the day of the wedding were a disaster (I won’t go into detail) to the point where I wanted to call my husband to be while he was standing at the alter waiting for me and beg him to run away with me and elope at the courthouse. I was not a happy bride to say the least. As I was walking up the hill to the ceremony site; Tarn saw me and met me halfway and saw in my face how upset I was. She threw open her arms and I just fell into them almost in tears. (I’m choked up just writing this) She calmed me down and reminded me that it was just me and Brad now, that nothing else mattered at that point. That moment with Tarn will forever warm my heart.

I had just moved the Gold Coast and I had said to my wedding planner, can you recommend a Celebrant?…. we would like someone who is upbeat, can get the audience involved, and who we can have a laugh with, so it’s all not so serious. Our planner recommended a few and the first website I checked out is was Tarnya Bennett – I went no further than that. She seemed exactly what we were looking for! And thank our stars she was available! From the moment I made contact with Tarn she was welcoming, happy and professional. She easily came down to our level whilst still maintaining and portraying the serious side. She accommodated all our needs and wants and she was also able to think of some ideas that we absolutely loved; things that really suited us and that we used in the day. Tarn accepted us for us. She made our ceremony complete and I couldn’t imagine it any differently. It was almost like having someone we have known for years marry us, and on such a momentous day that is something that is really special. I wish we could get married again, and I could think of no-one else that we would wish do it! This really is Tarn’s calling!

Nathan & I were living in Sydney and planning a wedding on the Gold Coast. When we finally met Tarnya for the first time she was so flexible around our hectic schedule trying to cram so much planning into one weekend. After talking for just 5 minutes I felt like I had known her for years and she totally understood what we wanted for our big day despite all our uncertainty. We sat down with her at her beautiful “At Stella’s” and she was just delightful.
